Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all courses or activities booked on this site will subject to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Canceled by customers:

Group Class:

  • No cancellation / refund for any absence
  • Students can only be excused from one class throughout the session registered, and one drop-in class credit will be granted
  • The drop-in class can be used for Drop-in session or group session subjecting to availability and are on a first come, first served basis

Winter/March Break Camp:

  • No cancellation / refund
  • No credit
  • No make-up

Private/Semi-private and Drop-in Group:

  • Full refund for cancellation received 72-hour before the class
  • 50% refund for cancellation received 48-hour before the class
  • 25% refund for cancellation received 24-hour before the class
  • No refund thereafter
  • All refunds are subjectd to a 5% transaction fee

Canceled by iSnow Club:

  1. In case the instructor can not fulfill the service due to any reasons, We will try to arrange a substitute instructor. If we could not find a proper instructor, the classes may be cancelled and be rescheduled at an alternate time
  2. In the event of inclement weather or mountain/school sanctioned closure, the classes may be cancelled and be rescheduled at an alternate time
  3. In the situation that the make-up class cannot be scheduled before the end of the season, refund of the missed classes will be granted
  4. We do not compensate you for any loses incurred due to the cancellation
  5. We will announce the cancellation by email /  WeChat group as early as possible, please be advised
